With his €18 million move to Inter Milan official as of July 1, former Bayern Munich rotational player Xherdan Shaqiri could be on the move once again.

According to multiple media reports, Stoke City has agreed on a €17 million fee with Inter Milan for the Swiss international. That's just a hair under what Inter had paid for Shaqiri from the Rekordmeister.

Though he showed signs of promise for Bayern at times, Mario Götze's increased regular presence, the at the time delay in the regression of Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben's quality, and the breakout play of Juan Bernat helped seal Shaqiri's January transfer window departure from Munich.

After a six-month free loan spell in Milan, I Nerazzurri completed their purchase of Shaqiri, the 23-year-old already having signed a contract through 2019 back in January. However, Shaqiri scored only three goals in 20 matches with Inter in all competition.

With the club now seemingly shopping him (particularly after the headline signings of Geoffrey Kongdobia from Monaco and Miranda from Atlético Madrid), it remains to be seen whether or not Shaqiri himself will look for a second fresh start in the 2015 calendar year.
