According to Sky journalist Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich is concerned about Noussair Mazraoui.

While his calf ailment is definitely something that the club is monitoring, maybe more troubling is the thought that the 26-year-old will push through the pain and risk further injury to play for Morocco at AFCON:

Noussair Mazraoui is determined to take part in the AFCON with Morocco as the tournament is very important for him. At Bayern, they’re concerned that the defender wants to play despite his calf injury. Mazraoui is currently working individually at Säbener Straße and has today resumed training with the ball.

Bayern understand that Mazraoui is proud of representing his country and that being at this tournament is very important to him, but are worried that he could aggravate his injury especially after what happened at the World Cup when he played through COVID and missed several months with a heart problem afterwards.

The Bavarians have a valid concern, but are toeing a fine line as they do not want to alienate their starting right-back.
