It was an active day of training at Säbener Straße as Bayern Munich’s squad is making some progress with its health.
Center-back Matthijs de Ligt is working his way back from an injury and was able to practice with a ball today. The Dutchman’s much-anticipated return is looking better and better. Sport Bild’s Heiko Niedderer captured some footage of De Ligt:

De Ligt is looking pretty good again after his knee injury.
In addition, Noussair Mazraoui, who was battling a bad illness made his return to team training as well. It is unclear (as of now) if Mazraoui will be available to play against Eintracht Frankfurt this weekend, but his presence is a good sign that he is feeling better:

Bayern Munich II midfielder Noël Aséko Nkili, who was out for months with an injury, trained with the first team today:
There was also a scare when Benedikt Wimmer stepped on Thomas Müller’s foot, but the veteran looked to be okay:
