According to a report from Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg, Chelsea FC forward Timo Werner has changed agents and could be working with Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann to plot a reunion.

Tz captured Plettenberg’s commentary as Werner changed his representation to Sports360, which also represents Nagelsmann, as well as key players Dayot Upamecano and Niklas Süle. In addition, recent reports that Robert Lewandowski might want to leave Bayern Munich in 2023 when his contract expires are fueling speculation further:

Sky Sports reported a few days ago that Lewandowski actually wants to leave FC Bayern by 2023 at the latest. The management floor is forced to look around for striker alternatives because nobody can be sure if and when the Pole will go.

The Daily Star drilled down even more and gave Werner a 70% chance of moving to Bayern Munich:

Timo Werner has been given a “70 percent” chance of moving to Bayern Munich from Chelsea in the transfer window.

Whatever the case, these rumors could persist — and Nagelsmann seems to have a louder voice in transfer discussions than his predecessor, Hansi Flick.
