Bayern Munich have loaned striker Lenn Jastremski from the club’s reserve team to Viktoria Köln for the upcoming 3.Liga season. The 20-year-old has a contract that runs through the summer of 2023.

In his first season with Bayern II, Jastremski scored four goals and had four assists in the 3.Liga. So far this season in the Regionalliga Bayern, Jastremski has an assist in only 84 minutes of action.

“After the third division relegation, we made our amateurs even younger for the Regionalliga Bayern,” Campus Director Jochen Sauer said. “Lenn has already gained experience in men’s football, and we’re convinced that he can take another step forward personally and athletically in Köln. We will closely monitor his development at Viktoria and follow his athletic performances closely.”

Last season, Viktoria Köln finished in 12th place on 51 points. They were 14 points higher than the relegated Bayern II. Currently in the 3.Liga, Viktoria Köln have four points after six matches.
