Alphonso Davies has been spotted in individual training this week. This is excellent news as Bayern Munich is currently plagued with injuries with both left-backs Lucas Hernandez and Davies out. The Canadian wonderkid has been crucial for Bayern over the past two seasons and his return will be heavily anticipated.
Sky Sport’s Torben Hoffmann reported this news Tuesday morning. Hoffmann has also gone ahead and made a prediction that Davies will return for Bayern against Gladbach. Take this with a major grain of salt as this is merely a prediction based on his personal experience.
Das sieht richtig rund und geschmeidig aus @AlphonsoDavies

This is the first time Davies has participated in individual training since he sustained an ankle injury while on international duty for Canada. Unfortunately, he missed out on the Gold Cup as Canada made it to the semi-finals before losing to Mexico. Should he have participated, Canada would’ve had a great chance of winning the tournament.

As a young player, it is essential to take care of injuries and ensure they are not reaggravated. With an ankle injury. Bayern will want to take extra caution that Davies stays healthy. Hopefully, we hear an official update from Nagelsmann on Davies’ progression soon.
