Per an announcement from FCBayern.com, Bayern Munich has extended the contracts of youth players Lucas Copado and Arijon Ibrahimovic.

Copado, a striker, and Ibrahimovic, an attacking midfielder, are two of the brightest stars on the club’s campus:

FC Bayern have extended their long-term contracts with two other promising talents. Both striker Lucas Copado (January 10, 2004) and midfielder Arijon Ibrahimovic (December 11, 2005) will remain with the German record champions until June 2024. Copado came to FC Bayern from SpVgg Unterhaching in the summer of 2016, while Ibrahimovic moved from 1. FC Nürnberg’s offspring to the FC Bayern Campus three years ago.

Campus director Jochen Sauer was ecstatic to retain both players for a longer period.

“Lucas and Ari have developed splendidly with us in recent years and were among the top performers in their teams. We are absolutely convinced of their potential and are very happy that they will remain loyal to FC Bayern,” said Sauer.
