Bayern Munich midfielder, Corentin Tolisso wants to remain at Bayern for the rest of his contract and then leave on a free transfer, according to Sky Sport (as captured by Twitter account @iMiaSanMia).
Understandably, Bayern are not too keen on allowing this — especially as reports have surfaced that they have already moved on and do not plan on using Tolisso in the future. The 27-year-old Frenchman is under contract with FC Bayern until next summer.
Corentin Tolisso's camp is planning to stay at Bayern this season and aiming for a free transfer next summer. Meanwhile, Bayern want to let the player go and have already offered him in the Premier League as part of swap deals (for a right-back or a midfielder) [@SkySportNewsHD] pic.twitter.com/xs5GVSpEvT

Meanwhile, reports are also coming in which point to a possible swap deal with a Premier League team. Interested clubs are reportedly offering a midfielder or a right-back in exchange for Tolisso. If Bayern can come to a remotely favorable deal with another team before this transfer window closes, you would have to believe that they would pull the trigger on it. Keeping Tolisso around for a full season just to lose him on a free transfer does not make any sense for Bayern.
