Bayern Munich II stayed at the top of the Regionalliga Bayern table after thumping FC Pipinsried 6-1 on Friday afternoon. It was the fifth win by at least three goals in this young season for Bayern II.
It was sixth time in seven games that Bayern II scored their opening goal in the first 20 minutes of the match. This time, Christopher Scott jumped on a loose ball in the penalty area and fired a shot into the back of the net to put Bayern II up 1-0 early. Batista Meier would double Bayern’s lead in the 39th minute with a spectacular free kick that dipped down and in off the crossbar.
The second half was all Bayern II. Gabriel Vidovic scored a rebound following another Scott attempt in the 60th minute. In the 70th minute, Nemanja Motika was brought down in the penalty area, and Batista Meier scored the penalty making it 4-0.
In the final ten minutes of the match, Motika would score twice after Pipinsried pulled one back to give Bayern II the massive 6-1 win. Motika leads the Regionalliga Bayern with eight goals.

Bayern II are still at the top of the Regionalliga Bayern table. The win puts them at 19 points, four points ahead of SpVgg Bayreuth.
Are you a Bayern II fan? Did you want the players to get any rest this season? NO CHANCE! The reserves are back in action on Tuesday with a trip to SV Schalding-Heining. After only seven games, the two teams are separated by a big thirteen point gap in the table. This should be another three points for Bayern II.
