According to Sport Bild reporter Tobi Altschäffl, Bayern Munich has not made a decision on whether or not to extend a contract offer to Chelsea FC academy prospect Emran Soglo.
Earlier in the week we learned that Soglo, whose contract with Chelsea has expired, has been in Munich for extended training so the club can accurately assess his ability:
Emran Soglo (16), zuletzt in der Chelsea-Jugend, trainiert seit über einer Woche am Bayern-Campus. Über eine Verpflichtung des Talents wurde noch nicht final entschieden, Soglo ist aktuell vertragslos. Soglo war zuletzt mit seinem Berater u.a. in der Allianz Arena

Emran Soglo (16), most recently in the Chelsea youth team, has been training on the Bayern campus for over a week. A final decision has not yet been made about the talent’s commitment, Soglo is currently without a contract. Soglo was most recently with his advisor in the Allianz Arena.
Soglo is a versatile midfield prospect, who can play the 8, 10, or on the wing. That position, however, is probably one of the deepest within the youth ranks on Säbener Straße.
Soglo’s representatives acknowledged the two sides are chatting — but Bayern Munich is not the only club interested:
Emran Soglo's agents to @FT_Redaktion: "Yes, we are in talks with Bayern. There's nothing official to announce. We're also talking to other clubs from Europe. We are looking for the best option at the highest level for Emran's career." pic.twitter.com/dF8712f4VW

Bayern Munich, of course, made out well with Jamal Musiala, who was signed from Chelsea’s academy and looks like a burgeoning star. The Bavarians also have defensive prospect Bright Arrey-Mbi on campus as well, after his move from Chelsea in 2019.
