Corentin Tolisso is coming off an underwhelming season at Bayern Munich and the German club is still hoping that they’ll manage to offload the French midfielder. Tolisso also wouldn’t mind having a fresh start in another club, since his days in Munich seem to be numbered.
The latest reports from Italy, as captured per Calciomercato, suggest that Juventus has reignited their interest in Corentin Tolisso. But, Tolisso isn’t their prime target, since their focused on bringing Manuel Locatelli from Sassuolo.
The negotiations between the two Italian clubs are becoming difficult, since Sassuolo values their midfielder quite high. And in a case where Juventus doesn’t land Locatelli, they’ll shift their interest to Bayern Munich’s midfielder. Juventus finds Tolisso’s situation very interesting since his contract is expiring next Summer and they’re monitoring him very carefully.
Tolisso has had a difficult time at Bayern, and still didn’t live up to the expectations when he was brought to Munich from Lyon for €41.50 million. It would be a shame for Bayern to lose yet another player on free transfer.
