Bayern Munich may not be done with Justin Che, if a new report from AZ’s Maximilian Koch is correct. The report says that the Bavarians could be looking to bring Che back to Munich this winter.
The 17-year-old defender impressed during his 6-month loan from FC Dallas this spring, and drew the eye of the decision-makers at Bayern. He even earned a call-up to the United States national team through his play with Bayern II. The club planned on trying to sign him full-time this summer when the loan ended; however, reports at the time were that Dallas weren’t going to deal him at the time due to the injury crisis they were facing as the MLS season was underway.
In der Führungsetage des @FCBayern ist man von US-Talent Justin #Che voll überzeugt. Partnerklub @FCDallas braucht Che aktuell dringend für die Liga, doch schon im Winter könnte ein fester Wechsel nach München klappen. #FCBayern

Since returning to Dallas, Che has now started the last two matches at right back for the club and continues to impress.
There have been many reports this summer that Bayern would be possibly turning to an internal solution for the “right-back problem.” Both Che and Christopher Scott have been linked with possibly solving the issues Bayern have been having at filling the position.
