According to Tz reporter Philipp Kessler, the injury to Bayern Munich defender Niklas Süle does not look serious:

Regarding the cancellation of training by #Süle: He is said to be suffering from lumbago or a blockage in his lower back. He may be able to train again tomorrow. #FCBayern
Regarding Thomas Müller’s thigh/knee issue, that also does not look major either:

According to a report from Sport Bild, Bayern Munich center-back Niklas Süle suffered a back injury during today’s training and had to leave the session after just 13 minutes. The practice was Süle’s third session under Julian Nagelsmann since returning to the team earlier this week:
On Thursday, Julian Nagelsmann (34 / no victories in three test games) had his training session at Säbener Strasse from 11 a.m. An EM star had to go into the dressing room after just 13 minutes after returning from vacation in his third session: Niklas Süle (25).

Süle is at a key juncture of his career. The Germany international is fighting for a starting position and potentially a new contract. The 25-year-old is expected to — at least — sign a one-year extension, so that the club can push off dealing with his future until next summer instead of right now.
There is no word as to the extent of the injury or the severity. Clearly, anyone who has suffered any type of back pain knows the travails of a back injury. Hopefully for Süle, this is just a minor pull or strain and he was removed for preventive measures.
