Bayern Munich II ended their training camp in Allgäu with a 1-1 draw against St. Gallen’s U-21 side. They’re now unbeaten in their three friendlies of the preseason.
Gabriel Vidovic opened the scoring for Bayern II in the 21st minute, but Leonardo Perlaska equalized for St. Gallen before the break. The two sides would play a scoreless second half.
The highlight of the match may be the return of Oliver Batista-Meier to the field for Bayern II. It’s still too early to tell if Batista-Meier is going to go out on loan or get sold this summer, but it’s hard to see what he has to gain by playing in the Regionalliga.
