The arrival of Leroy Sane has brought more trouble than joy for Bayern Munich, especially for the club’s front office. Simply put, Sane broke the wage structure, and now, the bosses have a hard time renewing contracts with players like Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, and Kingsley Coman.
As yesterday’s news broke about the details of the proposed contract from Coman’s representatives and Bayern’s response, today, we get a new glimpse into the complicated contract situation with Kingsley Coman.
#FCBayern https://t.co/nZyMJM8pGo

Kessler, who is TZ’s reporter, suggests that Coman’s representatives are certain that they will be able to present an offer from an interested club soon. As it was rumored yesterday, it might be Chelsea. If the club is unable to reach an agreement, the Frenchman will most probably run down his contract, which runs until 2023.
Kessler also suggests that a departure is very unlikely at the moment, as Bayern’s price tag on Coman is too high.
Hopefully, we won’t have to witness another David Alaba situation. This might just be one of Pini Zahavi’s tricks to get Kingsley Coman a significant raise. How will Bayern answer?
