Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann already has his eyes on the prize: a 10th consecutive Bundesliga title.
“We’ll try to win the 10th league title in a row and achieve maximum success in the Champions League and the DFB Pokal. We want to win every title that can be won,” Nagelsmann told Bild.
Nagelsmann is the type of person who is always goal-driven and focused. The 34-year-old skipper values short-term and long-term planning to help guide him through his career.
“I have a life plan. You should always have one if you want to achieve something,” said Nagelsmann. “I’m currently not thinking whether I’ll stay 5, 6, 8, 10 years. It’s about working well, winning games and being successful. But I have an idea about how my life should go.”
Winning games and being successful is something that is a requirement at Bayern Munich. If Nagelsmann cannot meet those standards, his short-term planning might have to change quickly. Seriously, though, Nagelsmann is detailed-oriented and having a career path mapped out is not shocking for a man who is so driven and focused.
