Lewandowski’s story in Munich over? (Sky)

Sky Germany’s Marc Behrenbeck looked at the recent rumors surrounding Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski and Behrenbeck thinks the Polish Hitman could be looking for a new challenge:

“We had an exclusive interview with Julian Nagelsmann on Wednesday and he said there has been rumours of Robert Lewandowski leaving Bayern Munich since he joined the club, but we also know that the player has been thinking about a move. The most important reason is that he thinks his story is finished here in Munich having won all there is to win here.

“He feels a move abroad to another league, maybe the Premier League or Spain, would be the next step. But we also know that Bayern won’t want to let him go. I don’t really see him leaving. Lewandowski has dreamt of a move to Real Madrid - this has always been his big dream - but on the other hand, we do know of interest from Chelsea and Manchester City.

“His agent Pini Zahavi has spoken to all the big clubs in the Premier League but Bayern know they have perhaps the world’s best striker so they need him and will not let him go. He was voted the best player in the world this season and I’ve followed him here for a number of years here in Germany.

“He’s a special player but he knows he’s not getting any younger. He’s 32 and has a contract for another two years, and this would be the last chance to complete a big move to another club. This is why he’s trying, together with his agent, to make a move happen.”

Lewandowski has been linked to clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester City, but it seems hard to believe there is even a remote possibility the Bavarians would send the Polish Hitman away this summer...or even next summer.

The latest bit of news on this, however, indicates that Zahavi is set to meet with Bayern Munich to discuss an extension:

Pretty cool (@FCBayernUS)

There might not be a more iconic duo out there than Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery:

Philipp Lahm posted this classy message on social media as well:

It was an honor dear @ArjenRobben. Together we have had many successes at @FCBayern celebrated. There won’t be such a strong Bavarian-Dutch wing duo again so soon. I wish you and your family a great time after your career.

Rose told to plan with Haaland (@cfbayern)

New Borussia Dortmund boss Marco Rose has been told to plan with Erling Haaland as part of his lineup despite rumors linking the Norwegian star to both Chelsea and Real Madrid:

Madrid looking at Salah (Transfer Market Web)

Real Madrid has apparently added Liverpool’s Mo Salah to the list of players (which apparently also includes Lewandowski and Haaland) it would pursue if it cannot land Kylian Mbappe:

Kylian Mbappe remains Real Madrid’s top target, but Fichajes says Mohamed Salah is an alternative option being considered by the Blancos.

La Liga giants are eager to get another forward onto their books and could launch a raid on Liverpool if a World Cup winner cannot be lured away from Paris Saint-Germain.

Kalajdzic could be sold this summer (kicker)

VfB Stuttgart’s Sasa Kalajdzic was one of the Bundesliga’s breakout stars last season and the 24-year-old still could be sold this summer:

Sasa Kalajdzic joins VfB Stuttgart’s preparation for the season on Saturday. The question of whether he will stay with VfB or not has not yet been answered. One thing is certain: there is only a limited number of people at home and abroad who could handle the transfer of at least 25 million euros for the 24-year-old Austrian. Sports director Sven Mislintat does not want to set a deadline by when the exciting K question should be clarified. “A deadline is of no use anyway, then someone comes up with a great offer and you just look bad.”

Tessmann joins Venezia (FC Dallas)

Tanner Tessmann who previously trained at Bayern Munich, is moving to Serie A side Venezia FC:

FC Dallas has reached a permanent transfer agreement with Venezia FC for Homegrown Tanner Tessmann, the club announced today. Per team policy, additional terms will not be released.

This is a big deal for FC Dallas:
