Erling Haaland at Chelsea would be crazy...and dangerous.

Chelsea big offer on its way? (@JanAageFjortoft)

For those of us hoping there was some way that Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland would find a way to transfer to Bayern Munich, those hopes are probably even more dashed than before.

According to Jan Aage Fjortoft, Chelsea’s reported €175 million offer to Dortmund could arrive soon — and BVB will not turn it down:

#TimoTime in Munich, anyone?

Anyway, The Express thinks Bayern Munich has officially bailed out of the race for Haaland, but it is highly doubtful that the Bavarians were in the race to begin with anyway:

Manchester United and Chelsea appear to have been handed a boost in their respective pursuits of Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, with Bayern Munich switching their focus to the capture of PSV Eindhoven’s Cody Gakpo, according to reports. The German champions have been linked with a move for Haaland, who has been tipped to leave Dortmund and join one of Europe’s elite in the near future.

Certainly, Bayern Munich did not back out of a pursuit of Haaland because it wanted Cody Gakpo. Bayern Munich is likely out because there is no way in hell they can pay half of what Borussia Dortmund stands to make on a sale to Chelsea.

Kehrer done at PSG? (kicker)

Thilo Kehrer’s time with Paris Saint-Germain could be ending. At a minimum, his time with the number is over as the club gave it Sergio Ramos:

Is Thilo Kehrer (24) about to leave Paris St. Germain? The central defender, who can also play back right, is considered a sales candidate in Mauricio Pochettino’s team, which is doing a lot of upgrading on the transfer market. Kehrer, who came from FC Schalke for 37 million euros in 2018, has already given his shirt number 4 to newcomer Sergio Ramos. His contract is dated until 2023.

Grealish snuffs rumors that he didn’t want to take a PK (@JackGrealish)

Gareth Southgate’s PK line-up will get its own chapter in England’s storied history, but Jack Grealish wanted to be extremely clear that he would have taken a shot from the spot if the manager called his number:

Good for Grealish. He handled that about as well — and respectfully — as anyone could.

Hudson-Odoi for sale...again (Transfer Market Web)

Chelsea wants to sell off Callum Hudson-Odoi again. I guess we can assume, any revenue generated from the sale of Hudson-Odoi would go into the Erling Haaland Fund:

European Champions Chelsea is ready to bring in new players but are also working on selling players who won’t be a part for next season. Tuchel is considering bringing in players like Sule, Haaland & Camavinga according to Bild. Odoi who was linked with Bayern Munich in past might a good news for German Club again as they rate him highly. Chelsea in past rejected the bid but seems like now they are open to the offers. Even Tammy Abraham who has struggled for starts under Tuchel might be sold with clubs like West Ham, Southampton, Arsenal and other PL clubs interested in 23 year old striker with International caps and a goal with him too.

He was regular for Lampard in his 1st season and was back up to Timo after signed last season. 2020 Summer signing Hakim Ziyech is also for sale after the Morocco International failed to impress in his debut season. Signed from Ajax for €40 million only played 23 Games (15 Starts) with only 2 goals and 3 assists.

More pineapple-on-pizza musings (@TrollFootball)

Last week we found out that new Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann is a fan of Hawaiian pizza and some Italians are not having it — especially at the Euro finale:

Here is “behind the scenes” footage on what is going on under Nagelsmann these days:
