Recently, a rumor broke out that Julian Nagelsman wants to see Dani Olmo and Federico Chiesa at his new club — Bayern Munich. Dani Olmo’s transfer to Munich was already deemed impossible, due to his high release clause. Now, we have some brand new information on Chiesa’s potential transfer to the Bavarian club.

Fabrizio Romano explained that the transfer is currently not possible, as Juventus are counting on Federico Chiesa. He is considered as a cornerstone for the new era of Juventus, under Massimiliano Allegri.

Chiesa has had a very good season behind him. He made his mark for Juventus and was one of the bright spots in Juve’s disappointing season. He has also helped Italy reach the Euro finale, which will be played against England on Sunday.

Federico Chiesa was reportedly linked to Bayern Munich while he played for Fiorentina, but in the end, the winger chose Juventus over Bayern.
