BPW’s Euro 2020 Previews: Group B

Hello everyone, I’d like to formally welcome you all to our coverage of the UEFA Euro 2020 tournament. Here at the podcast, we will be bringing you one of the biggest efforts we’ve had for an international tournament complete with daily recaps, highlights, previews of upcoming games and insights from team correspondents.

But, to start off, we have previews for each group, and here is what you’ll hear on our episode for Group B:

These are the teams competing in Group B of the 2020 Euros:
- Belgium: After reaching the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup, can the Red Devils’ Golden Generation finally get some silverware in their trophy cabinet?
- Denmark: A team that does not have consistency at striker, but is strong everywhere else, can De Rød-hvide find the goals needed to move on?
- Finland: Tied for the longest odds to win the Euros at 500/1, the Huuhkajat have a tough group ahead of them in their nation’s first ever major tournament.
- Russia: After impressing their home fans in the 2018 World Cup and making the quarterfinals, much of that same squad comes back for this edition of the Euros. With games played in St. Petersburg, can the Сборная (sbornaya) make another run?
