On his weekly “Meine Bayern-Woche” podcast, Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg revealed that Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann is looking for a versatile, attacking right-back, who can also play wing to round out his roster.
In addition, should Corentin Tolisso opt to push for a transfer and leave Bavaria, Nagelsmann would want to push for Bayern Munich to sign another box-to-box midfielder:

A lot of what Nagelsmann wants might come down to what kind of market there is for players like Tolisso, Michaël Cuisance, Joshua Zirkzee, Adrian Fein, Fiete Arp, Ron-Thorben Hoffmann, and potentially also players like Bouna Sarr, Kingsley Coman, and Niklas Süle, who have also been linked with moves away from Bayern Munich.
As of now, the Bavarians have very little budget available to play with.
Should any big names like Tolisso, Coman, or Süle get sold, each of those moves would generate at least a portion — if not all — of the cash needed to help Nagelsmann find low-cost candidates to play on the right flank and as a box-to-box midfielder.
