Eintracht, Leipzig looking at rumored Bayern target Perisic (Transfer Market Web)
Bayern Munich might have interest in Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic, but so do a few other Bundesliga clubs. Yesterday we heard that Hertha Berlin might look at the Croatian star, but now Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig could also be in the mix:
Parting ways with Inter Milan, with a one-year long contract span left, 32-year old Croatian prominent winger Ivan Perisic is allegedly growing into a major target for Eintracht Frankfurt.
Joining back Bundesliga in 2019/20 already - a tenure which ended up as a very successful one, leading Perisic to even win Champions League, as a Bayern Munich player, though a backup one, - former Dortmund and Wolfsburg has also been briefly inquired about by both Hertha Berlin and RB Leipzig, according to latest Italian news.
Recently linked to Tottenham as well, Perisic, also suitable as a wide forward, a wide midfielder, and even as a wingback, might end up as part of a swap deal, having Filip Kostic move on the other way around.
Perisic was an invaluable part if Bayern Munich’s treble-winning run and still seems to have ore than enough gas left in the tank to be a contributor for any of the aforementioned clubs. Like we saw last night, though, Bayern Munich has not yet made contact with Perisic or his agent as of yet.
Leipzig, Leverkusen, English clubs eyeing Ginter (@RaeComm)
Bundesliga expert Derek Rae captured a story from Sky Sport, which states that RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen are both interested in bringing in Borussia Mönchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter:
Per @SkySportNewsHD there is considerable interest in Gladbach defender Matthias Ginter from Leverkusen & Leipzig as well as potentially Premier League clubs. However likeliest tendency is for an extension of Ginter’s contract in Mönchengladbach which runs out in 2022.

No bid on Sancho yet for United; Haaland will take a “crazy offer” from Chelsea (@FabrizioRomano)
Per Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United has not officially submitted a bid to Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho, but will have to pony up a lot of coin (€95 million) to catch BVB’s attention.
As for Erling Haaland, Chelsea will haver to submit a “crazy offer” to land the Norwegian phenom. Chelsea, of course, is actually capable of doing that:
Man United are in contact with Sancho’s camp on personal terms but still no official bid. BVB want €95m. #MUFC

Chelsea strong interest in Haaland is confirmed - but BVB have no intention to sell Erling this summer, especially if Sancho leaves. ‘Crazy bid’, only way. #CFC
Eintracht leads on Rashica (Transfer Market Web)
Despite interest from Bayern Munich and a host of others like Aston Villa, RB Leipzig, Sevilla, Bayer Leverkusen, Lazio, and AS Roma, Eintracht Frankfurt is reportedly in the lead to bring in Werder Bremen forward Milot Rashica:
Likely to part ways with Werder Bremen on an about 12 million euros transfer fee, with only one contract-tied year left, Kosovar international winger Milot Rashica, turning 25 on June 28, is getting closer and closer to join Eintracht Frankfurt, according to latest German news.
Playing German football throughout latest three years and a half, former Vitesse up-and-comer, has been heavily linked to a move to either Serie A or Premier League, as well as to a Bundesliga prominent side, from summer 2019 on.
Suitable as an attacking midfielder and a second striker as well, Rashica is still allegedly tracked by a bunch more clubs, including Aston Villa, RB Leipzig, Sevilla FC, Bayer Leverkusen, Lazio, and AS Roma.
Lewy gets an SI cover (@SInow)
Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski has become one of the rare soccer/football players to get a Sports Illustrated cover:
Robert Lewandowski is Poland's greatest ambassador and has validated his parents' hunch by becoming a global superstar with @FCBayern. But his country still demands more. @brianstraus on the complex dynamic surrounding the world's best player https://t.co/D03D5uEMUx

I had to put soccer/football because just saying football created too much confusion for my pea brain because American football has had a zillion or so Sports Illustrated covers.
Chelsea, PSG in bidding war for Hakimi (@FabrizioRomano)
With Inter Milan’s asking price reportedly nowhere near Bayern Munich’s threshold, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are ready to do battle in hopes of bringing in Achraf Hakimi:
Chelsea are in direct contact with Achraf Hakimi’s camp. Inter want €80m to sell him on a permanent deal - PSG offered €60m and they’re still pushing to reach an agreement. #PSG #CFC
— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) June 9, 2021
Chelsea are also open to offer players as part of the deal. #transfers https://t.co/vbBMTdYEvB
The state of financial affairs in global football is very telling when one of the top 10 clubs in the world (Bayern Munich) lives in a totally different financial world that two of its primary competitors.
Barca wants Gündoğan (Transfer Market Web)
FC Barcelona reportedly has its eyes on a few players, including Manchester City’s İlkay Gündoğan:
After Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia, Barcelona target other Manchester City players. According to El Chiringuito ,the Catalan giants are aiming to bring in three more players from Pep Guardiola’s squad. The target are the defender Aymeric Laporte, the striker Gabriel Jesus and also the Germany midfielder Ilkay Gundogan. The 30-year-old is seen as an alternative to long-time target Georginio Wijnaldum, who now appears set to spurn Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain.
