According to a report from kicker (as captured by Twitter account @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich has established a timeline for holding contract talks with Thomas Müller and Manuel Neuer.
The contracts for each player expire in 2023, so the Bavarians have targeted the spring of 2022 as the period where the club will meet with each player and map out a future. Per kicker, Bayern Munich is fully aware of the value that both Müller and Neuer bring both on-and-off the pitch:
In spring 2022, Bayern will start concrete talks with Manuel Neuer & Thomas Müller over their future. Despite their age (37 and 34 respectively when their contracts end in 2023), the club knows that the duo is very important on and off the pitch as identification figures [Kicker] pic.twitter.com/Dz3qgj8ry3

While Müller has flirted with the idea of playing abroad at varying times, Neuer has kept a low profile on what he expects for the future. Both players are still playing at a high level and are in top physical shape.
The biggest factor for both is how easily they want to ride off into the sunset. At some point, the club will have to anoint new starters in the roles currently occupied by the duo...but when?
As of now, both are finishing off excellent 2020/2021 campaigns and seem poised for continued success next season.
