In the latest edition of kicker, the multitude of upcoming contract situations at Bayern Munich was addressed and the German outlet gave a status update on where they all stand (as captured by Twitter account @iMiaSanMia).
According to kicker, Bayern Munich is currently in talks with Leon Goretzka, Niklas Süle, and Tolisso. Bayern Munich, however, is preparing for scenarios where the players stay or leave in an effort to avoid having another situation like it faced with David Alaba, where it lost a valuable veteran for free.
Bayern are in talks with the players whose contracts expire in 2022 (Goretzka, Süle & Tolisso). The club wants to be ready for both scenarios: extension or departure, in order to avoid another Alaba situation [Kicker]

The updates on each of those players vary, though. Goretzka is expected to re-sign, while kicker thinks that Süle’s stay with the club could be extended due to the recent hiring of Julian Nagelsmann.
Tolisso, however, presents a different case. The club is actively shopping the midfielder, but his injury history is making it difficult for Bayern Munich to find a buyer:

It is not just the 2022 expiring contracts that Bayern Munich wants to address, however. Bayern Munich wants to get deals done with Joshua Kimmich, Serge Gnabry, and Kingsley Coman as soon as possible, but veterans Thomas Müller, Manuel Neuer, and Robert Lewandowski are currently on the backburner:
For the players with contracts expiring in 2023 (Neuer, Lewy, Müller, Kimmich, Gnabry, Coman), the club wants to take care of their situation as soon as possible. The priority is for the younger trio. Regarding the 3 captains, there are other conditions due to their age [Kicker]
