With the final game of the season upon us, Bayern Munich fans bid farewell to a number of legends. David Alaba, Javi Martinez, and Jerome Boateng will all play their final games for the club on Saturday, while sextuple winning coach Hansi Flick will also move on from the team along with his entire coaching staff, Miroslav Klose and Hermann Gerland included.
It will be an emotional evening for sure, punctuated by title celebrations and hopefully one more Lewandowski goal. On Augsburg’s part, they will want to make the game as frustrating as possible for their Bavarian neighbors, to prevent it from looking like a victory lap. Maybe they could pull it off.
