Barca still chasing Flick (@altobeli13)

Reports recently trickled in stating that power clubs like FC Barcelona and Juventus are interested in bringing in Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick. The most recent news comes courtesy of Sport Bild journalist Tobi Altschäffl, who says that Barca and Juve are, indeed, still working to convince Flick to join them, but Flick only wants to take over as manager for Germany once Joachim Löw steps down later this summer:

FC Barcelona is very interested in signing Hansi Flick, as are other major European clubs (including Juventus Turin). But nothing has changed in Flick’s plans: When the final details have been clarified, he wants to sign on as Löw’s successor, immediately.

Sport Bild’s Christian Falk chimed to “Flexxx” on the rumor:

Inter will sell Agoume to Bayern...for a lot of money (Sempre Inter)

Bayern Munich has been rumored to have interest in Inter Milan’s Lucien Agoume, who has been on loan with Spezia this season. Getting Agoume will not be cheap, however:

Tuttosport’s print edition said Bayern Munich remained interested in the midfielder, who is coming to the end of a season-long loan at Spezia. Lucien Agoume’s future at Inter is uncertain because the Nerazzurri ‘would certainly consider’ a big-money offer for their promising 18-year-old.

He has only made 12 appearances for Spezia this season but it seems that has done little to deter Bayern Munich from making a move. Inter are set for a difficult summer in the transfer market where it will be very hard to invest in signings, the Turin-based paper warned.

This was pretty funny:

Delaney to the Premier League? (Transfer Market Web)

Could Borussia Dortmund midfielder Thomas Delaney be on the move to the Premier League?

Playing for Borussia Dortmund since 2018/19, Danish international deep-lying midfielder Thomas Delaney, according to latest German news, has been targeted by Southampton. In possess of a dual USA passport, former Werder Bremen and Copenhagen playmaker is currently on a deal with Bundesliga giants until June 2022.

Collecting a grand total of 84 caps throughout his three Dortmund seasons, with three goals scored on top of that, Delaney, turning 30 on September 3rd, might go for his first Premier League ever indeed. Winner of 2019 German Supercup and current season Pokal, the player was purchased from Werder on a 20 million euros transfer fee, and, so far, played 52 times for his own full-side national team, including 3 goals scored.

Boateng’s tribute video (FCBayern.com)

Like it did for Javi Martinez, Bayern Munich prepared a tribute video for Jerome Boateng:

Szoboszlai extends deal with Leipzig (@RBLeipzig_EN)

RB Leipzig brought in Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Salzburg in January, but the 20-year-old has had incredible bad luck with injuries — and has yet to make an appearance for Die Roten Bullen.

With that, Szoboszlai and Leipzig have mutually agreed to extend his deal with the club for another season. The Hungary international’s deal will now run through the 2025/2026 season:

“Of course, my first six months at RB Leipzig didn’t go the way I had imagined,” Szoboszlai said. “But I’m now fully recovered; I will be 100% ready to go next season and I can’t wait for the new campaign.”

Wijnaldum linked to Bayern...again (Transfer Market Web)

Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum has been linked to Bayern Munich multiple times over the past month, but it appears that there is a three-team race for the veteran. Bayern Munich and FC Barcelona are interested in bringing in the Dutchman, while Liverpool is said to want to retain him as well:

Georginio Wijnaldum has always been a goal of Barcelona, but now his possible arrival in blaugrana seems to be complicated if not impossible. Georginio Wijnaldum is a request from Ronald Koeman but now that his future at Barça is in strong doubt, even the possible transfer of the Liverpool defender seems to be ruled out.

Georginio Wijnaldum is a free agent and not only Barcelona is interested on him. Bayern Munich also follows the player who had long ago been very close to Barça but who now, with the possible departure of Koeman, sees the possibility of moving to Catalonia fade away. However, the possibility that Wijnaldum could extend his contract with Liverpool, which offered the player a new three-year contract, cannot be ruled out.
