Like his teammates, Bayern Munich star Thomas Müller is in quarantine and looking forward to being able to getting home and having the freedom to visit his friends and family...and maybe even grab a beer.
“Above all, I’m looking forward to the many everyday interpersonal contacts. With family, friends and our fans in the stadium,” said Müller to Bild. “To my taste, these meetings can take place in the beer garden with a hearty snack.”

The Bavarians are scheduled be released from the mandatory bubble on May 22nd. The strict measures were taken to ensure that Germany’s first and second divisions would be able to finish their respective seasons on time and without issue.
While Bayern Munich’s quarantine-induced retreat might not sound like all that bad of a gig, it easy to surmise that the players would like to get back to living their normal lives as soon as possible.
After all, who wouldn’t like to relax a bit and just grab a cold one in the beer garden?
