According to a report from Bild (as captured by Twitter account @iMiaSanMia), Germany manager Joachim Löw has called Bayern Munich’s Thomas Müller to let him know that “he wants him back to the national team.”
With the rosters for the European Championships bumped up to 26, it has been widely speculated that Löw would recall Müller, but there had not been a concrete media report, nor an official statement.
Bild’s report seems to infer that the invitation for Müller to make his triumphant return to the national team is there and waiting to be formally accepted:

Since being unceremoniously released from the national team, fans have been clamoring for Müller to be recalled for both his talent and leadership — and now it appears that those people hoping to see the Raumdeuter back playing for Germany will get their wish.
With the Euros being Löw’s last tournament at the held of Die Mannschaft, it is clear that the2014 World Cup winner is going to go all out to end his tenure on a winning note.
