Due to Germany’s restrictive measures, a lot of young players are not allowed to play and train for their clubs. Bayern Munich’s Thomas Müller has decided to help however he can in these difficult times.
Müller, Miroslav Klose, and Danny Röhl started making videos of training exercises to keep the youngsters motivated. The videos contain a couple of quick exercises and a bit of competition between the players. What might come in handy for the people watching, is that they often give tips on how to improve your playing.
You can watch the first video here:
In an interview with Bild, Müller said in recent weeks, he received a lot of letters from fans and their parents — and they all said that the youngsters need support in this difficult phase. “That’s why I worked with our co-trainers to come up with some interesting training content that kids of almost any age can replicate at home with their parents and friends. In the end, we came up with four videos that I hope the kids will enjoy and that will also help them a little bit in terms of soccer.”
The other parts will be published in the coming days, so watch out!
