Former Bayern Munich technical director Michael Reschke appeared on Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg’s podcast and broke down the transfer situation surrounding Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
Reschke, who now works for the player agency ICM Stellar Sports, has a unique perspective — and potentially even some inside information — on the situation as he is viewing the transfer saga from an industry expert’s standpoint.

“The probability that he will move to England sooner or later is very high,” Reschke said (as captured by Tz). “In Spain and Italy, I hardly see the economic possibilities to sign Haaland.”
But what about those pesky whispers linking Bayern Munich to Haaland? Reshcke indicated that the rumors of Bayern Munich’s interest in Haaland had “always surprised” the Norwegian.
In the end, however, Reschke thinks that Robert Lewandowski will not be going anywhere any time soon.
“They have someone up front who is not a human being, but a machine. Robert Lewandowski will still be playing for Bayern in a few years,” said Reschke. “He’s an athlete, he’s amazing. He plays the same position as Haaland. That’s a criterion for exclusion.”
Haaland, of course, has been linked with moves to Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, FC Barcelona, and Real Madrid among other clubs.
