The bad news regarding Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski dropped earlier this morning as the Polish Hitman left Poland’s camp and headed back to Bayern Munich for treatment on an injured knee ligament.

Lewandowski, however, was not the only international star to leave his camp early and head back to Bayern Munich for treatment. Niklas Süle is on Bayern Munich’s campus and training individually.

Süle, who picked up a muscle strain while on international break, is surely working to be ready for the RB Leipzig match on Saturday. The Bavarians will already be without center-back Jerome Boateng (yellow card accumulation suspension) and left-back Alphonso Davies (red card suspension), so Süle’s availability would be enormous for Hansi Flick’s squad planning.

Abendzeitung’s Maxmilian Koch captured a brief video of Süle jogging:

Positive for that #FCBayern before the summit against @DieRotenBullen on Saturday: Niklas #Süle is doing running training on Säbener Strasse today.

Koch then provided more information on what Süle’s workout entailed:

After almost 50 minutes of intensive training, it’s over for #Süle. Sprints, passing exercises, shots at small goals - everything is possible again for him. Obviously overcame the strain pretty quickly and thus probably ready for #RBLeipzig .#FCBayern

As for the team training, Tanguy Nianzou finally joined his teammates back on the practice pitch. Nianzou joined Thomas Müller, Boateng, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Javi Martinez, Marc Roca, Bouna Sarr, and Tiago Dantas in a group session:

In the team training of the #FCBayern Today there are field players: Müller, Boateng, Choupo-Moting, Martínez, Roca, Sarr, Dantas and:#Nianzou after a long break from injury.
