Just days before a big Champions League game, Bayern Munich find themselves in an uncomfortable position. With a huge number of players out with either injury or illness, Hansi Flick has to face an in-form Eintracht Frankfurt team, who have scored the second highest number of goals in the league.
Without guys like Thomas Muller and Benjamin Pavard, Flick will need to lean heavily on what little depth he has in his depleted squad. Hopefully, it’s enough. Meanwhile, Adi Hutter’s side will be looking for another chance to beat the Bavarians on their home ground, like the time they sent Niko Kovac packing after that 5-1 win. Let’s hope it doesn’t get that bad this time.
