FC Bayern has released new details on their upcoming Amazon PrimeDE documentary.

Per an official FC Bayern release (German), the upcoming Amazon PrimeDE documentary includes coverage of various events including leading up to FIFA’s “The Best” awards as well as up close and personal behind-the-scenes look into transfer negotiations and board meetings with the President, Herbert Heiner and the upcoming CEO Oliver Kahn, & Co.

“We are proud to be able to tell the story of FC Bayern with this documentary, because it is a great success story.”

On top of current CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge’s excitement for the upcoming FC Bayern documentary, incoming CEO Oliver Kahn is also excited about the potential reach of it, saying, “This documentary is a great opportunity to expand the global presence of FC Bayern. We can reach millions of people with our story and inspire them for us.”

While there is no confirmation of the language of the documentary, the hope is that it will not have a similar format to last years sensational Bastian Schweinsteiger documentary, “Schweinsteiger Memories: Von Anfang bis Legende” where it ran with German language and no English/Spanish subtitles.

I, for one, am eagerly awaiting a release date and even if it does not have English subtitles will still sit down, grab Ein Helles and enjoy behind the scenes access to my favorite club.
