Bayern Munich ranks fifth on list of squad transfer values

The CIES Football Observatory has determined that Bayern Munich has the fifth most valuable squad in Europe.

Bayern Munich is currently ranked 5th on CIES’s list of squad transfer values.

The CIES Football Observatory is “a research group within the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), an independent study center located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The CIES Football Observatory specializes in the statistical analysis of football” per its corporate website.

The CIES has assessed Europe’s top five leagues and determined the valued associated with each squad. The top 20 clubs in the list features four Bundesliga clubs and is measure in millions.
