Bayern Munich’s overall talent and depth have reach a scary level.

When a bench featuring players who could easily start on many other teams, Julian Nagelsmann has an incredible arsenal of weapons to choose from.

In addition, Bayern Munich has players capable of aptly featuring in multiple positions. The Bavariand are one of the few teams in Europe that look capable — as of now — of being a serious contender.

Didi Hamann thinks that depth and versatility will serve the Rekordmeister well during the stretch run of the season.

“We see these types of players every year and how important they are to teams. There’s been a lot of football over the past 18 months with the packed schedules for international players and the World Cup in Qatar next year,” said Hamann to FreeSuperTips. “It can take it out of you, there will be injuries, there will be suspensions, so you need one or two players for every position. Bayern have that, they may be one or two players sort, but the advantage they have is in the Bundesliga they have games wrapped up by minute 60 so they can conserve energy.”

That would ne nice, eh?
