From Bayern Munich to FC Barcelona?

Former FC Barcelona midfielder and current coach of Al-Sadd SC, Xavi is linked with eventually taking over the managerial position in Catalonia. The icon hasn’t even been appointed, and pundits are already writing about his transfer wishes.

Per Sport.es, Xavi has confided to people close to him that he is a huge fan of Bayern Munich’s winger — Kingsley Coman. Xavi usually plays a 4-3-3 system and admires wingers who can go both inside and outside.

Xavi is reportedly an admirer of ‘classic’ wingers who create havoc when they attack. Coman can also use his speed to receive balls into space, which also suits Xavi’s system.

The only problem that Barcelona is facing, is money. Although Coman might be a bargain for them if they manage to find the necessary funds since his contract is running out in 2023 and the Bavarian club is reportedly looking to sell the Frenchman next summer.
