There is still a long way to go before anything needs to happen, but things are reportedly not looking good for those hoping to see Niklas Süle and Bayern Munich reach an accord on a contract extension.

With negotiations expected to resume during the winter break, Sport Bild (as captured by Twitter account @iMiaSanMia) is reporting that Süle is waiting offers from other clubs — specifically those in the Premier League.

Because of that, Bayern Munich is keeping a close eye on both Chelsea’s Antonio Rüdiger and Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Matthias Ginter Both players, like Süle, are working on expiring deals.

Should Süle actually leave, it could be a calamitous summer for the club. Bayern Munich is already expecting to see Corentin Tolisso leave for free in July. Sport Bild is also reporting that Tolisso’s exit is a foregone conclusion and that Bayern Munich has already tried to sell Tolisso, but could not find a suitable offer.

Juventus, Inter Milan, Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid have all been linked to Tolisso, while Newcastle United, Chelsea FC, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur have all been loosely linked to Süle.
