City, Liverpool, Juve also eyeing Vlahovic (

If Bayern Munich really is interested in Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic, it will have plenty of competition. Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City and Juventus are also eyeing up the young striker per

Manchester City were well documented in trying to sign Tottenham Hotspur and England striker Harry Kane to fill the void created by Sergio Agüero’s departure.

However, as Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy refused to entertain the prospect of allowing his star striker to leave the club, the Blues failed in their pursuit and resultantly headed into the season without a recognised striker in the first-team squad.

Because of this, the Premier League champions have subsequently been linked to a plethora of highly regarded alternatives such as Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic - and a fresh report has provided an insight into the club’s interest.

According to Sport Witness, who have translated and relayed a report by German outlet Sky Deutschland, Bundesliga duo Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have joined Manchester City as ‘contenders’ in the race to sign Vlahovic. The report notes that Bayern Munich have ‘been in touch’ with Vlahovic’s representatives ‘since last year’ whilst Borussia Dortmund will ‘look at him’ should Erling Haaland depart the German club next summer.

Sport Witness also relay that Manchester City ‘have an eye’ on Vlahovic due to their desire to recruit a striker next summer, and to corroborate this, Italian outlet Tuttosport have noted that City remains ‘active’ in the race to sign the Serbian star. Along with this, Tuttosport also states that as it stands, Serie A side Juventus are in ‘pole position’ to sign the wantaway La Viola forward ‘next summer’.

In addition, it seems like Liverpool is also in the mix for Vlahovic (per Transfer Market Web):

Premier League sides Manchester City and Liverpool are expected to have an advantage in the chase of Dusan Vlahovic in a potential January transfer.

This comes from La Nazione, who claim that the ‘half of Europe’ is looking at the Fiorentina striker and a January sale is certainly possible. If the Serbian is sold in January, clubs will be interested and Liverpool and Man City will have a clear advantage because of their healthy financial situation.

Only they will be able to pay the amount that Fiorentina want. Juventus are interested but they won’t be able to afford the fee. Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund also like him but even they won’t be able to pay what Fiorentina want.

Robert Lewandowski is murdering the Champions League...because that’s what he does:

Tuchel wants to keep Rudiger (Sport1)

Chelsea FC Manager Thomas Tuchel wants to keep defender Antonio Rüdiger, who has been linked to Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus, and Paris Saint-Germain among others:

The German coach definitely wants to keep Rüdiger: “Toni has established himself exceptionally since the first day we arrived. He is an absolute leader and plays at an unbelievably high level. “

According to SPORT1 information , the 48-time national player would also like to renew at Chelsea , because he is under Tuchel and is playing stronger than ever.

However, in Rüdiger’s environment, the Blues’ first contract offer was assessed as “disrespectful.”

Rüdiger, of course, has become a focal point for Bayern Munich, but those prospects are likely heavily influenced by whatever decision Niklas Süle makes on his future.

United, City, Barca eyeing Olmo (@cfbayern)

Manchester United and FC Barcelona are taking a close look at RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo:

Olmo is said to be a favorite of Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann, but it would seem unlikely that the Bavarians would be able to afford Olmo any time soon.

Sanches to bolt Lille? (Sport1)

Former Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches could be on the move from Lille:

Is the next chapter in the career of Renato Sanches? The former FC Bayern professional could soon leave the French champions OSC Lille: The club is considering selling the Portuguese.

“I’ve already spoken to him. If there’s an offer from a big club, Renato gets to leave. We’ll see what happens,” said club president Olivier Letang from BFM Lille .

The reason for a possible sale is said to be a mountain of debt that Lille has accumulated over the years. This should amount to around 200 million euros. Top performers such as Boubakary Soumaré and keeper Mike Maignan had already been sold in the summer.

FC Barcelona and Liverpool are said to be interested in Sanches.
