Bayern Munich draw Hoffenheim in DFB Pokal Frauen Quarterfinals, if they make it there

If Bayern Munich win their Round of 16 match, they now know who they’ll play in the Quarterfinals of the DFB Pokal Frauen.

The Quarterfinals draw for the DFB Pokal Frauen took place on Sunday, and the Bundesliga leaders, Bayern Munich, now know who they’ll be facing, if they make it there. The Bavarians have been drawn against fellow Bundesliga side Hoffenheim. The only way that Bayern can get there, however, is if they beat Walddörfer SV.

Bayern’s match against Walddörfer was delayed for some time, because Walddörfer’s Second Round match against Jahn Delmenhorst was delayed for nearly six weeks. The Bavarians will be heavy favorites against the Regionalliga Nord side, so it’s expected that they will move on to face Hoffenheim.

The other three matches feature Freiburg against the winner of Turbine Potsdam and SC Sand, 2.Bundesliga side Andernach taking on Eintracht Frankfurt, and the final match features 6x defending champions Wolfsburg against the winner of Werder Bremen and SV Meppen.
