AC Milan and Inter Milan join Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and Real Madrid in pursuit of Florian Neuhaus

With more bidders reportedly entering the fray, the overall price on a package of Florian Neuhaus’s release clause, salary, and bonuses might be too rich for Bayern Munich.

Tz ran a report speculating that the presence of Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich could be a deterrent in Bayern Munich’s pursuit of Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus.

While that line of thinking has already been brought up at Bavarian Football Works, Tz did have an additional list of clubs, who are reportedly looking to a pursuit of the talented 23-year-old:

In addition to FC Bayern, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Borussia Dortmund are said to be interested in the midfielder.

We have previously heard that both Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund were likely to jump into the bidding fray, but with Inter Milan and AC Milan both entering the mix, things could get interesting — and expensive. The release clause might be static, but what each team wants to offer Neuhaus in terms of a salary and bonus structure — not to mention playing time — could determine if the midfielder makes a move.

Tz’s report also seems to back-up what we heard from Sport1’s Florian Plettenberg, who said that Neuhaus had “no tendency” toward a move to Bayern Munich.
