Bayern Munich Frauen beat SC Freiburg 3-1 on Sunday. The match was Bayern’s second of three friendlies in preparation of the club’s UEFA Women’s Champions League match against Lyon.

The match was highlighted by Lea Schüller’s brace on her debut with the club. Linda Dallmann scored her third goal of the preseason in the second half to seal the Bayern victory.

In a bit of frightening news for Bayern, goalkeeper Laura Benkarth had to come off in the first half after a collision with a teammate. She was replaced by Maria Louisa “Mala” Grohs.

Bayern XI: Benkarth (29. Grohs), Demann (61. Laudehr), Glas (86. Donhauser), Gwinn (81. Corley), Dallmann, Schüller (61. Damnjanovic), Magull, Asseyi (46. Beerensteyn), Wenninger (61. Ilestedt), Zadrazil (46. Lohmann), Simon (81. Pollak)

For the second friendly in a row, there are no highlights of the Bayern victory.

On August 15, Bayern will play another friendly against Slavia Prague. Then, Bayern will play their UEFA Champions League Quarterfinal against Lyon.
