According to reports form SPORT1, Armindo Sieb will transfer from Hoffenheim to Bayern Munich this summer. Sieb is a German international who has featured most recently for the National Team at the U17 level. Due to his style of play — and possibly because of his looks — he is being called a “mini-Gnabry.”

Bayern has signed Sieb with the intent of giving him experience right away with Bayern II in the 3. Liga, with the opportunity to make the jump to the first team eventually. His offensive abilities allow him to play most anywhere in the attack, but he thrives on the wings or behind the primary striker. Sieb has recorded ten goals and five assists in fifteen games in the U17 Bundesliga South/Southwest this season. He also has scored three goals in three games for the U17 National Team.
Sieb was offered a professional contract to stay with Hoffenheim, where he has been since transferring from RB Leipzig in 2017. However, it appears that Bayern’s sporting director, Hasan “Brazzo” Salihamidzic, and head of development, Jochen Sauer, were able to convince Sieb to join the Rekordmeister. Sieb will join Bayern on free transfer this summer.
