Chelsea's 31-year-old winger Willian Borges, commonly known as Willian, is in the final months of his contract, which expires at the end of the season. Contract renewal talks have come to a standstill over the length of the new contract, Willian preferring a three-year extension over the West London club's current offer of two years only.

According to the Telegraph, the Brazilian has attracted interest from Bayern Munich as well as from local rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

A pacy wide-man who comes with more than his fair share of the Brazilian flair & tricks package, Willian would make a welcome backup option to the current roster of wingers at Bayern that is also looking to add a certain Leroy Sane.

Managing to hit the double figures in goals and assists for club and country almost every season, he is a constant threat as a goal-scorer or as a playmaker.

Although Bayern is one of the few top-tier clubs that attaches a lot of importance to "winging" it, Willian’s age, competition in Bayern’s starting lineup — given the better options at the club and newer ones touted to be incoming — and the potential interest from other clubs in London, a city he claims as be his second home, Willian is not very likely to move to Bayern.
