More than a week ago, a few English news outlets reported that Kingsley Coman had changed agents. The new agency that would represent Bayern Munich’s winger was Colossal Sports Management. Tension started to build and rumors of Coman’s supposed desire to leave started to spread.
Even Coman’s father Christian, his usual agent, was very surprised that Colossal might make a deal with Kingsley public without letting him know. He told Sky,
I am very surprised that Mr Aidy Ward is talking publicly about a cooperation with Kingsley. This is simply wrong. I alone, through Style Management, am responsible for my son’s career.
It seems that Coman’s father had no idea of any deal happening, and he is technically the youngster’s agent. New representative, Aidy Ward, however, got in touch with Bild to clear the air regarding all these rumors. He said,
I am here to help Kingsley, not to interfere in his or his father’s affairs. As I understand it, he has no interest in leaving Bayern.
Bild informs us that cooperation with Colossal Sports Management only concerns marketing issues and does not impinge on any future transfer plans.
