One quick way to receive catcalls from the boys in the locker room is to get nutmegged on the practice pitch. For Bayern Munich youngster Jamal Musiala, the 17-year-old received the unkindest nutmeg of all during his first training session...from manager Hansi Flick.

One of the stories contained within Bayern Munich’s video production on Musiala and Chris Richards, featured Musiala detailing the shame heaped up on him when the old fella nutmegged him. Musiala was asked if anything funny happened in his first training session and the youngster sheepishly told the tale.

“In the rondo I got nutmegged by Hansi Flick. That hurt a little bit,” Musiala said with a grin.

The legend of Big Flick Energy continues to grow.

Anyway, last Friday we had a brief video in the Schmankerl with Flick showcasing some of his skill at practice, but it is nice to know that he’s still able to pull off a bit more of his trickery — especially on one of the club’s brightest prospects.

We also featured the 15-minute video on Musiala and Richards in the Sunday Schmankerl, but in the event you missed it, here you go once again. It is really worth your time as both Richards and Musiala come across as really genuine, good kids:
