Bayern Munich loanee Michaël Cuisance is making his mark at Olympique Marseille and one person who has been impressed is his manager in France, Andre Villas-Boas. Per a report from kicker, Villas-Boas has seen enough to already think about exercising the purchase option on Cuisance.
”I’m very happy with him,” Villas-Boas said. “His performance is excellent. I hope that we can activate the purchase option.”
Earlier this week, Cuisance stated that he was very happy to be with Marseille, going as far to say: “When OM came in for me, I didn’t hesitate.”
Clearly, Cuisance will be afforded more of an opportunity for consistent playing time at Marseille rather than Bayern Munich just given the roster logistics of each team. With his purchase option allegedly at €10 million, Cuisance could represent a bargain buy for the French club.
If he continues to impress Villas-Boas, that purchase option could just be a mere formality in the matter of a short few months.
