When it comes down to maintaining the finest grass in the league, Bayern Munich is getting pushed to its limits.
While the Bavarians might have a long-running spot atop the Bundesliga table, their status as Grass Kings of Germany is constantly under attack. The latest challenger seeking to sculpt out a succulent surface is Bayer Leverkusen.
Die Werkself released these very NSFW grass pics on their club Twitter account. There is no word if the explicit nature of the pictures has earned the account a ban, but at a minimum, these shots are enough to get any Grass Man or Grass Woman a little hot-and-bothered:

Here is a live shot of any grass lover after seeing those pics:
While often derided as a “Farmers League” by snobby Premier League fans, that haughty bunch might actually have a point. Given the focus on maintaining a pitch perfect home park, the Bundesliga clubs are indeed turning into a stunning Turf Farmers League.
When thinking about Manuel Neuer already scoping out Arminia Bielefeld’s fine grass and the grass artistry of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, the Allianz Arena had better keep its grass in shape. The last thing any of the Bavarians will want to see is some old, sloppy grass when there is a younger model just a short flight away.
