The Don has Los Blancos in on Alaba (Don Balon)
Bayern Munich star David Alaba is still mired in a stalemate with the club over a new contract, but that has not stopped some big-time suitors from allegedly sending feelers to the Austrian’s camp.
We previously heard that Juventus might be interested in bringing in the 28-year-old, but now — according to Don Balon — Real Madrid would like to make a move for the versatile defender.
With Erling Haaland and Eduardo Camavinga allegedly listed as priorities for Los Blancos, a free transfer of Alaba would be very appealing. But what about Marcelo, you ask? Well, the Brazilian is linked with Major League Soccer and a potential move to Inter Miami, which would open up a spot immediately for Alaba.
Oh, and for giggles, The Don listed FC Barcelona as yet another potential destination for Alaba. Talk amongst yourselves...
Lewy’s first UCL goal (@ChampionsLeague)
Yesterday was the anniversary of Robert Lewandowski first Champions League goal. The sight of a young Lewandowski and Mario Götze streaking down the field for Borussia Dortmund brings back some memories:

Speaking of Götze...(Sport Bild)
The 28-year-old looks pretty comfortable in the Eredivisie for PSV Eindhoven as he scored his first goal with the club in the team’s 3-0 victory over PEC Zwolle.
“It just feels good to be back on the pitch, to score and to help the team,” Götze told Sport Bild. “Physically, I’m getting better and better. I know that it will take a few more games to get back to 100 percent, but it’s important that I get back into the right rhythm. Give me a few more weeks and I’ll get even better.”
Happy about my first game and goal for @PSV

Bayern stars reach out to Van Dijk (@esmuellert_)
Liverpool center-back Virgil van Dijk will miss “months” with his ACL injury and a couple of Bayern Munich stars jumped to social media to wish him well:
Get well soon, Virgil! All the best... https://t.co/FI6hk7SCdQ

These times are part of the game - I know what I‘m talking about. You are a fighter and you will come back stronger, I‘m sure! @VirgilvDijk

Class moves by both players.
Cavani returns to PSG (Sport Bild)
When Manchester United visits Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League today, it will mark a return to the Le Parc des Princes for Edinson Cavani. When asked if it would be strange to see Cavani wearing a different kit, Kylian Mbappe did not seem too heartbroken over it.
“Not at all. He’s on a different team now. I wish him all the best, but he is no longer part of us. We will play against him and try to beat them,” said Mbappe.

You might know this author, but never doubt how over-the-top and dumb some fans can be. Follow the link to check out more nonsense. A handful of Schalke 04 fans tried their hardest to give all Schalke fans a bad name unfortunately.
