Bayern Munich mourns Kobe Bryant

From Robert Lewandowski to Michael Cuisance, the players of Bayern Munich were shocked and saddened to learn of the death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna.

The stunning news that basketball legend Kobe Bryant had perished in a helicopter crash with several other people, including his daughter Gianna, elicited stunned responses worldwide. Among those devastated by the news were many of Bayern Munich’s players, past and present. It’s no secret that many of Bayern’s players are also basketball fans, and as they say, “Game recognize game.”
