Adrian Fein — Hamburg — 2.Bundesliga
Hamburg will be disappointed to have conceded a goal in the last few minutes of their 2-2 draw with Jahn Regensburg on Saturday. HSV now sit three points behind 2.Bundesliga leaders Stuttgart. Adrian Fein played 90 minutes as the “1” in HSV’s 4-1-2-3, according to the club’s website. This was his first match against his former teammates where he spent all of last season on loan. Fein continues his solid season in the 2.Bundesliga.
Franck Evina — KFC Uerdingen — 3.Liga
During the week, KFC Uerdingen fired former Bayern Munich II coach Heiko Vogel after a disappointing start to the season. So, how did they do in their first match under caretaker manager Stefan Reisinger? Uerdingen grabbed a 2-1 victory over Meppen to move out of the 3.Liga relegation zone and into 13th place in the table. Franck Evina didn’t get the start in this one, but he did come on in the 56th minute and was on the field when Uerdingen scored the goal that would be the eventual winnner.
Can Karatas — FC Memmingen — Regionalliga Bayern
Can Karatas played 90 minutes in FC Memmingen’s 3-1 loss to Viktoria Aschaffenburg in the Regionalliga Bayern. The match was an absolute disaster for Memmingen. They conceded all three goals in the opening fifteen minutes and then had two players sent off in the 24th and 26th minutes. Despite the loss, they remain out of the relegation zone for now.
